The Problem: A significant number of companies are moving towards hybrid or fully remote working models, which means we are spending a lot more time at home in our community. It can often feel isolating working remotely and only connecting to folks in our direct team via video conference. Currently there is no way of connecting with those who live and work in the same community.
The Solution: An application that connects people who live and work in the same community and company or industry. An application that encourages and fosters meaningful relationships once the connection is established.
Our Why: We exist to create meaningful connections through the work that we do.
Our How: We connect you to other folks in your community who work in the same company or industry as you. You build meaningful relationships and share your experiences.
What’s a Loop: Your Loop is your community. You can start an open Loop where anyone from your community and company or industry can join (think community-company Loops) or you can start a closed Loop where folks must be invited to join your closed Loop (think team Loops).
Open Loops: This is where anyone who fits the Loop brief (ie lives and works in the same community and at the same company as you) can join the Loop.
Closed Loops: Meaningful relationships aren’t about quantity, they’re about quality. Sometimes we prefer smaller, more intimate relationships (think mentoring or team members who live in the same area). This is where you can start a Loop with another person and others can only join if they are invited.
In most cases, we expect Loops will start as closed Loops before opening the floodgates and expanding your networks to open Loops.
